I use organic coconut oil as it has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties. Coconut oil is also an excellent moisturizer for skin which doesn’t leave you feeling oily, easily wiped off and is non-scented.
Swedish massage is good for muscle tension, stress, aches and pains. I can tailor the massage according to your needs for either a deep tissue massage or a smoothing relaxing massage.
